How to Return Items
Please contact us by telephone between 10 and 5 pm (Mountain Standard Time) Monday through Friday for a Return Authorization Number @ 1 866 825 5308 - toll free.
Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with all tags in place. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange. Packages returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will be shipped back to you at your expense.
You will need to pay the appropriate shipping fee to return the item. If you are returning orders that qualified for the original “free shipping” (over $250.00) you will be credited for the merchandise less the original shipping costs if you no longer qualify for the free shipping offer on the refund. For maximum peach of mind, we recommend that you ship by a method that allows you to track the package and confirm delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages that go missing on their way back to us.
