Diapers and Diaper Covers

Every baby is different so it is recommended that you try a few types of diapers to see what works best for you and your baby. If you choose to purchase several of the same diapers, we recommend that you only wash and use one diaper at a time to make sure it works for your baby.
NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON WASHED OR WORN DIAPERS.
Only diapers with manufacturing defects will be eligible for return.
Diapers with leaking, detergent residue (build up) or fit issues are NOT considered defective. We would be happy to assist you with any of these issues via email or phone.
Breastpumps
Breastpumps are personal care items. For hygienic reasons, they cannot be returned once opened. There is a 30 100% money-back guarantee on all unopened breastpumps and breastpump accessories.
Nursing Bras/Tank Tops
There is a 30 day 100% money-back guarantee on all Nursing Bras and Nursing Tank Tops that are returned unwashed and unused in their original packaging.
How to Return Items
Please contact us by telephone between 10 and 5 pm (Mountain Standard Time) Monday through Friday for a Return Authorization Number @ 1 866 825 5308 - toll free.
Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with all tags in place. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange. Packages returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Return Shipping
You will need to pay the appropriate shipping fee to return the item. If you are returning orders that qualified for the original “free shipping” (over $250.00) you will be credited for the merchandise less the original shipping costs if you no longer qualify for the free shipping offer on the refund. For maximum peach of mind, we recommend that you ship by a method that allows you to track the package and confirm delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages that go missing on their way back to us.
