We ship from our store in Edmonton, Alberta typically within 24-72 hours of receipt of your order. Bosom Babies uses Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service for shipments within Canada,. Expedited Parcel delivers the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres plus 1-3 days processing time. (We are in Edmonton so Manitoba West is Regional ... Ontario East is National). NOTE: Customers in the Yukon, NWT and Nunavut may experience shipping delays. These shipping delays may also be experienced in remote northern communities in ON, MB, QC, and NFLD & Labrador. If you live in a remote community in one of these areas please expect to add 2 to 14 business days to the delivery expectations quoted above.
Large, oversized, bulky or heavy orders (over 5kg/10lbs.) may be subject to additional shipping charges. Clients with a package of this nature will be charged based on actual shipping costs. We will notify you by phone or email to let you know.

Our $250+ (pre-tax) Free Shipping within Canada promotion excludes Nunavut, Yukon, and NWT. Our $250+ (pre-tax) Free Shipping to the USA is not applicable. Free shipping does not apply to sale items (unless stated otherwise) and is exclusive of additional oversized item charges. After discounted prices are used when determining free-shipping (ie. the $250.00 must be met after all discounts have been applied in order to receive free shipping on sales items.)
